Payment policy: Once you go through the tour itinerary, finding it suitable for you and decided to book, you have to deposit 30% of the total cost as an advance through our online payment gateway or depositing a check/DD. Once the advance is reflecting in our account we will mail you all the confirmations (in 12hrs.). Rest of the balance on your arrival by cash/DD/or instant transfer to our net banking (we accept all major credit card Visa/ Master Card international debit cards and net banking)

 

Cancellation Policy: If You Cancel Your Holiday: 
You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below,

 

As soon as you deposit 10%: of the tour cost we confirm all service as per the tour program, hence any cancellation you have to mail us in 2-days time from the date of payment, we will deduct the incurring fee (which is about 7%) and pay you back the rest, fail to notify in 24-hrs, no refund for the initial advance.

1. Between 30-20 days ahead of departure: 50 percent of tour cost
2. Between 20-15 days of departure: 75 percent of tour cost
3. 15 days to date of departure: 100%.
4. In case of no show: 100 %

If we change or cancel your holiday due to unavoidable circumstances: It is unlikely that we have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (for instance, bad weather, road blockage, political and other social issues that might disturb the destination) we shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour is not yet commenced. If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a pro-rata basis depending on portion of the tour standing utilized by you. In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees.

 

Hotels: All the listed hotels/Camp in different places are of the same standard, under our strict supervision for pro. services, All on best location with up-to-date amenity; hence any choices among them will be depending on availability while booking. In case our listed hotels are occupied, we will provide you with an alternative, of same standard and same services quality.

 

Vehicles: All our tour packages are conducted with 6-seating (back-to-back) either CRDE Scorpio (good for Ladakh terrine) or Xylo with a local driver, experienced for the snow and hill driving conditions. On demand we keep some oxygen-can ready in each car incase you need (on extra cost). The vehicle services are point to point (not on disposable) as per the itinerary. If any extra run, will be charged as an extra per KM./Time
