Ladakh Home Stay Trek (11 Nights/12 Days) Tour Program & cost

 

Day 01 Delhi – Leh: Early morning we board the flight for Leh, upon arrival you will be assist by our local associate. Transfer to hotel/guest house. Take rest till afternoon as it is very important to acclimatize. During the evening we visit Shanti Stupa and walk around in Leh market. Overnight in hotel/guest house.

 

Day 02 Leh-Shey-Thiksey-Hemis-Leh: Morning proceed for Indus Valley monastery tour. Visit to SHEY PALACE -The ancient capital of Ladakh. The most famous THIKSAY GOMPA and HEMIS GOMPA . Overnight in hotel/guest house.

 

Day 03 Leh-Uleytokpo: Post breakfast drive towards western Ladakh. This trip can be combine with rafting (from June to Sept) or en-route visit the Indus confluence Likir and Alchi monastery. Reach West Ladakh Camp at Ulleytokpo. A relaxed evening at the camp.

 

Day 04 Uleytokopo – Yangthang: Post breakfast hike to visit Rizdong monastery, and continue hike to Yangthang village . Overnight in camp or home stay with a local family.

 

Day 05 Yangthang-Uley village: From Yangtnag hike to Uley village for 2 hrs. Ulley is lnown as best vintage point for Spotting Snow-leopard and Ibex (Shapo) . Overnight family home stay or camp.

 

Day 06 Yangthang-Hemis shukpachen: Trek down to reach the base of Hemis-Shukpachen, pass (3,850mtrs), hike for another 02 hrs and reach one of the most magnificent village of west Ladakh. Overnight in a family home stay or camp.

 

Day 07 Hemis Shukpa-chen – Themisgam: Hemis Shukpa-chen to Themisgam over Meptak-La pass (3,800mtrs). Reach Ang village then Themisgam. Overnight home stay or camp.

 

Day 08 Themisgam – Lamayuru-Leh: Drive to Lamayuru, visit moon-land view and the famous Monastery. Later drive back to Leh. Overnight in hotel/guest house.

 

Day 09 Leh - Pangong lake: Early morning drive to Pangogn lake over Changala pass (17,300feet). The drive is spectacular all the way for five hrs, and you have the sudden glimpse of Pnagong lake. Enjoy the lake have your lunch and drive back to Leh. Over night in hotel/guest house.

 

Day 10 Nubra valley : Morning drive to Nubra valley over world highest motor road (18,250feet). Reach Summor village, check in deluxe tented accommodation. Post lunch explore surrounding village and Smastanling monastery.

 

Day 11 Nubra –Deskit Sand dune Leh: After breakfast drive to Deskit visit Deskit monastery or enjoy double humped camel ride, later drive back to leh. Overnight in hotel/guest house.

 

Day 12 Leh-Delhi: Transfer to airport and fly back to Delhi with sweet memories of Ladakh
